This Privacy Policy describes how SwiftConnect Inc. and our family of companies, which includes Detrios, LLC, Ipseity Technologies Inc., SwiftConnect Canada Inc., and SwiftConnect UK Ltd. (collectively, “SwiftConnect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you interact with our websites or communicate with us directly.
WHAT WE DO
SwiftConnect provides a software as a service (“SaaS”) platform that enables seamless, flexible access by automating the provisioning and lifecycle management of physical access credentials across different buildings and spaces (the “Services”). SwiftConnect’s platform enables landlords, building owners, and tenant enterprises (our “Customers”) to manage physical access for their employees, contractors, visitors, and others (collectively, “Customer End Users”). The Services may permit Customers and their authorized representatives (“Customer Representatives”) to provide us with information about Customer End Users. We process this information as a processor on behalf of our Customer. Our Customer is the controller of this information and determines what information is collected and how it is used. For that reason, this Privacy Policy does not govern the collection of Customer End User data processed on behalf of our Customers. If you are a Customer End User and have questions or want to exercise any rights to your information, please contact the relevant Customer directly.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on the nature of your interaction with SwiftConnect, we may collect personal information:
- Directly from you, when you provide information to us or interact with us:
- Contact information: This includes your name, email address, telephone number, and information you choose to include when you communicate with us via email, mail, phone, or other channels.
- Account information: We ask for basic information from Customer Representatives to establish their account to provide customer support, including name, email address, and password.
- Applicant information: We ask for certain information when you apply for employment with SwiftConnect, including name, contact information, educational history, and employment history.
- Automatically from you, when you interact with our website via cookies. When you interact with our website, certain information about your use of the website is automatically collected via necessary cookies. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer hard drive, tablet, or mobile device when you visit our website. Necessary cookies are essential for our website to function properly and enable basic features like page navigation, security, and fraud prevention. Please note, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to be completely effective.
