Case Study

RiverSouth Delivers First Cross-Platform, Wallet-Based Access Without Rip-and-Replace

Looking to the Future
Following the success at RiverSouth, SwiftConnect is supporting Stream Realty Partners and QuadReal as they expand mobile access across additional properties in their portfolios.

RiverSouth, a Class A property in Austin developed by Stream Realty Partners and QuadReal, partnered with SwiftConnect to launch the first deployment of employee badge in Apple Wallet and corporate badge in Google Wallet — enabling seamless NFC access across the major wallet providers.

By integrating SwiftConnect’s AccessCloud platform with RiverSouth’s existing access control system, alongside Wavelynx readers, rf IDEAS terminals, and Vecos smart lockers, the building delivered a cost-effective, mobile-first access experience without rip-and-replace.

How it Works for Tenants

  • Tenants download or update the existing RiverSouth app to receive mobile credentials.
  • Credentials are issued directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with no extra app, hardware, or disruption required.
  • Users tap iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android devices for immediate access — no badge pickup or front desk delays.
  • Permissions update automatically as users join, leave, or change roles — always synced with the tenant’s identity systems. synced with the tenant’s own systems.
