JLL identified a need to enable mobile access for a modern workforce and address the growing challenges of managing disparate access control systems across a global footprint.

By standardising on SwiftConnect’s connected access network, JLL employees can use their iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android device in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for seamless access to base building entrances and office suites with a single mobile credential, removing the need for physical badges across its global locations.

A Mobile Access Standard for a Modern Workforce

JLL set out to create a frictionless access environment by empowering employees to use NFC wallets in their mobile devices for effortless building access across global JLL locations and creating a more fluid and sustainable workday.

    Simplifying a Fragmented Global Estate

JLL also needed to streamline and simplify management of disparate physical access control systems across its global corporate portfolio, while ensuring data privacy by isolating PACS data to the respective organisations as it flows between different systems.

    Bridging Landlord and Tenant Systems

Integrating the base building’s landlord access control system with JLL’s own PACS, a common challenge in multi-tenant buildings, was equally critical to enabling seamless access experiences for employees and operational efficiencies for administrators.

“JLL Spark recognised early on how fragmented the access control landscape was and how traditional access methods were ill-equipped to meet the growing need for frictionless office access. Our investment in SwiftConnect years ago was driven by this clear gap. Deploying the company’s platform across JLL offices and managed assets is a natural expression of our confidence in what SwiftConnect delivers.”
